Parking Guidelines

Ensuring Fair and Organized Parking

To ensure smooth and fair usage of parking facilities within the Society premises, the following rules are to be followed by all residents and visitors:

1. Designated Parking basis Apartment/Flat :

• Each Parking slot in the Society are designated to specific flats and operate on.

• Residents are requested to park their vehicles responsibly in designated space.

2. Vehicles with Expired Registration (RC):

• Any vehicle with an expired registration certificate (RC)  or vehicle age beyond permissible govt. guidelines will be charged ₹500/Day for parking inside the Society premises. Amount will be added to CAM of respective household

• Owners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles have valid registration.

3. Car Stickers:

• All car owners are required to obtain Society-issued car stickers & RFID Sticker for their vehicles from the Society office.

• Vehicles without stickers may face restricted entry or additional scrutiny by security personnel at Entry Point

4. Parking Lines and Designated Areas:

• Parking lines are clearly marked within the premises.

• Residents and visitors must park their vehicles only within the designated parking areas to ensure orderly use of space.

5. Visitor Parking:

• Visitors must park their vehicles in designated visitor parking areas around the towers

• Residents are requested to inform their guests of the visitor parking guidelines to avoid inconvenience.

7. Two-Wheeler Parking:

• Two-wheelers must be parked in spaces specifically allocated for two-wheelers to avoid obstructing car parking.

8. Unauthorized Parking:

• Parking in fire lanes, common areas, or obstructing driveways is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized vehicles may be clamped or towed at the owner's expense with INR 500/Day added to CAM of respective household
  
  
  

9. Speed Limit and Safety:

• A maximum speed limit of 15 km/h must be observed within the Society premises.

• Vehicle speeding above designated limit will be given Warning on First Instance, followed by Fine of INR 500 to be added in CAM on Next event. RFID Sticker will be revoked after 3 Instances

10. Vehicle Registration and Updates:

• All vehicles must be registered with the Society office, including details like make, model, registration number, and RC validity.

• Residents are responsible for updating vehicle records in case of any changes.

11. Parking Decorum:

• Vehicles must be parked within the marked boundaries to ensure fair usage of space.

• Avoid honking unnecessarily or creating disturbances in parking areas.

12. Reporting Issues:

• Any disputes or concerns regarding parking should be reported to the Society office or security personnel for resolution

• Security guards are authorized to document and address any parking violations

• Minors are strictly prohibited from operating any motorized vehicle, regardless of speed or size, within the society

• • Residents must ensure their children/minors do not drive within or outside society premises.

Registered owners of vehicles found driven by minors will be issued notices

• • First-time Violation: Warning notice issued to the resident, Vehicle RFID Sticker/Tag may be temporarily deactivated for the minor driver

• Repeat Violation:

  • • Monetary penalty as per RWA  (₹2,000 per violation)

    • Permanent deactivation of Vehicle RFID Tag

    • Complaint may be escalated to Local Traffic Police (In Gurgaon, underage driving is a traffic violation that carries a fine of ₹5,000. The fine is also imposed on the parent or guardian of the underage driver. The minor is also prohibited from applying for a license until they turn 25)

Emergency Exceptions: No exceptions will be made under “emergency” pretext unless directly supervised by a valid license holder and with prior written RWA intimation.

RWA reserves the right to amend rules or take appropriate action in the best interest of resident safety. By following these guidelines, we can ensure fair and organized parking for everyone in the Society. Your cooperation is highly appreciated!
